So let me start by saying this. When I first seen and was told about this product I was kind of iffy about it. So used to buying oem oil filters and never heard of a reusable oil filter. So after some research and finding out that newer cars like bmw and higher end vehicles actually use these types of reusable oil filters and not to mention users in racing applications to easily take apart and inspect after track days to ensure that the car is in tip too shape without have to do an oil change, I pulled the trigger and got myself one! Perfectly made, no sharp edges, all threads are buttery smooth. I do recommend taking it apart completely just to inspect for any debris from manufacturing but 10/10 would recommend!
